Team Tulsa is a non-profit junior Olympic volleyball club dedicated to advancing the sport of volleyball for young women in northeastern Oklahoma under 18 years. We are a member organization of the Oklahoma Regional Volleyball Association (OkRVA) and the United States Volleyball Association (USAV). We have been training the area’s volleyball players since 1997. We have both nationally and regionally competitive teams in our competitive program. In addition, we conduct a youth program for 2nd through 4th graders in the spring. We welcome all players into our club.
Our club is managed by a Board of Directors comprised of parents and non-parents. Their mission is to facilitate the best development environment for all interested parties. Our coaching staff is comprised of experienced and enthusiastic coaches who are committed to developing our young players in every facet of volleyball and team skills.
Team Tulsa has the following goals to:
- Teach the fundamentals of volleyball and develop the athletic talents of our players,
- Provide the opportunity for young women to train and compete on a quality volleyball team,
- Reinforce the values of personal responsibility, motivation, and teamwork through a competitive,
- Athletic experience promote friendship and good sportsmanship.
We are not associated with a particular school and have the pleasure of having had players from school districts all over northeastern Oklahoma - Broken Arrow, Jenks, Bishop Kelley, Tulsa Public Schools, Bixby, Owasso, Bartlesville, Victory Christian, along with many surrounding elementary and middle schools.
